About KonPDF

Convert anything. Resize everything.

KonPDF is a free set of everyday file tools: turn photos into PDFs and PDFs into Word, convert documents, spreadsheets and slides, shrink a photo to the exact KB a form asks for, clean up dark photos and paper scans, and merge, split, compress, lock, watermark or number PDFs.

Its assistant NW understands plain requests, such as “make this photo under 50 KB”, “isko PDF bana do” or “comprime este PDF a 1 MB”, in English, Hindi, Hinglish, Spanish, French, German and Portuguese, and turns them into steps you run with one click. NW runs on KonPDF's own engine, with no outside AI service.

KonPDF is also an Android app, which adds a document scanner and reads the text on photos and scans right on your phone.

Who makes it

KonPDF is made by Gaurav Tiwari at NotWork.world. It is open source: the website, the Android app and the converter are all on GitHub.

Your files

Files are processed by the KonPDF converter and deleted automatically after 30 minutes. Nobody looks at them, and they are never used to train anything. Details are in the privacy policy.
